Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Vieri Fleur.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to flower availability. Orders typically require 24 hours' lead time to ensure quality sourcing and preparation. To maintain the highest standards, Vieri Fleur accepts a maximum of 10 orders per day across all customers. Once the daily capacity is reached, new orders will be scheduled for the next available date.
2. Delivery Policy
Deliveries require a recipient to be present at the delivery address. If no one is available, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive in person: The recipient must be present to accept the flowers.
- Leave at doorstep: Upon your request, our team can leave the flowers at the doorstep. We will provide a photo as proof of delivery. After this confirmation, Vieri Fleur will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the flowers.
3. Cancellations
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and sourcing costs.
4. Substitutions
In the event specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style and theme of the arrangement.
5. Liability
Vieri Fleur is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather or third-party courier issues.
