Delivery Information
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery across the whole of Singapore. Every order is delivered with care at no additional cost.
Please note that orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the best sourcing and preparation of your flowers. For urgent same-day requests, kindly reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram to check availability.
Recipient Presence
Deliveries require a recipient to be present at the delivery address. If no one is available, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive in person: The recipient must be present to accept the flowers in order to ensure freshness and proper handling.
- Leave at doorstep: Upon request, our team can leave the flowers at the doorstep. A photo will be provided as proof of delivery. After this confirmation, Vieri Fleur will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the flowers.
